SAM comes with top-notch experience compared to a couple of management companies that I worked with. The care for their employees keeps the talents in the team. I believe talented people are a huge difference in the success of self-storage businesses.Weelam A.

I cannot overemphasize the significance of the change from my original management to SAM. I am very happy with their employees, the management input, their ability to engage, their desire to customize their management style for the particular demographics, and their communications to me. To say I made the correct decision to switch is an understatement!Jack D.

We've had an excellent experience working alongside Storage Asset Management over the past few years. Across three self-storage conversion phases at one of our sites, we've seen strong performance — now at ~98% occupancy — which has positioned us to expand further.Ross B.
